October 3rd - Crochet Basics with Missy! Make a Mug Rug

Have you ever wanted to learn to crochet after seeing the cutest project? But found it overwhelming or too confusing to teach to yourself? 

Well here’s your chance to learn the basics of crochet, that will leave you with the tools to begin your own projects at home, plus a cute little mug rug as your first ever project! This class is for absolute beginners, no prior knowledge of crochet or knitting is required! Our instructor for the evening is Missy Kissel, local pro crocheter! 

Location: Faire Heart Centre 3408 US-10, Ludington, MI 49431

Parking is located in the front and back of the building! You may enter through our front door or teal classroom entrance on the north/back side of the building.

Date & Time: Thursday, October 3rd, 6-8pm

Cost: $35 total: $10 non-refundable registration fee paid on this page, plus $25 due at the event (paid to Missy). Cash is preferred to pay the balance, if possible. 

You will learn:

- Common Crochet Terms

- Basic Crochet Stitches

- Weights of yarn and their corresponding hook sizes

- How to hold a hook and yarn

- How to finish a project

- How to crochet a cute mug rug!

Everything you need will be supplied for you and is included in the class fee! (Plus all supplies are yours to take home!)
